 Simone spent her college years at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. During that time, she received several academic scholarships and honors, became a member of Phi Omega Epsilon and obtained two degrees from FDU, Magna Cum Laude. She was also awarded the Fitzsimmons Memorial Award dedicated to Ms. Mary Fitzsimmons’s tireless, compassionate, and selfless efforts. Her real estate career began in the 1980′s, while she was attending FDU. During her career, she’s worked in a variety of capacities beyond the direct one to one. As such, she’s gained professional experience in the areas of management, consulting and teaching. |
Her passion for elevating the consumer experience in real estate has led her to be a founding member of The Accredited Consultant in Real Estate. With a firm belief that not every client falls into a “one size fits all” framework, Simone recently formed the Barrett Realty Group, which, in addition to traditional real estate services, serves the demands of today’s technologically savvy consumers by also offering choices in compensation structure and consultative services.
In addition to being the Broker/Owner of The Barrett Realty Group, Simone also served as the chief real estate consultant for ABT, which is a software company that designs and offers technologically advanced tools to the Industry. Simone is a member of:

Simone currently lives in Madison where she frequently enjoys going to the beach, loves reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
